Mr Attaf holds bilateral talks with his Egyptian counterpart

The minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held talks Sunday in Istanbul, Türkiye, with the Egyptian minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Expatriates, Badr Abdel-Atty, on the sidelines of the 51st session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC).

During the meeting, the two ministers broached the latest developments of the aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its impact on the Middle East, stressing the need for coordination, within the framework of the Arab League and the OIC, in support of the international efforts for de-escalation, a ceasefire and a peaceful solution to the Iranian nuclear issue.
