Minister of State Attaf receives Senegalese Minister of Armed Forces

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received on Thursday at the ministry’s headquarters, the Minister of Armed Forces of Senegal, brotherly country, General Birame Diop, who is paying an official visit to Algeria, as special envoy of the Senegalese President, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, to meet with the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

The meeting reviewed the cooperation relations uniting Algeria and Senegal and examined prospects for their strengthening, in accordance with the directives of the leaders of the two countries.

The two ministers also discussed issues related to upcoming continental events.
