Assigned by the President of the Republic, Minister Attaf arrives in Beijing to take part in the ministerial meeting of The Forum on China–Africa Cooperation
Assigned by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, arrived on Monday in Beijing, China, to participate in the 9th ministerial meeting of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation scheduled for Tuesday.
This ministerial meeting is part of the lead-up to the 4th China-Africa Summit, slated for September 5-6 under the theme “Building a Common Future for Africa and China", the summit will evaluate the progress made in implementing the different cooperation and partnership programs between African countries and China in various economic, political and sociocultural fields and define new objectives for these cooperation and partnership relations in a way that addresses the needs and aspirations of both parties.
On the sidelines of the ministerial meeting, Attaf will have bilateral meetings with several of his African counterparts.
