Algerian-Hungarian political consultations: Magramane, Hungarian counterpart co-chair 3rd session
The secretary general of the ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Lounes Magramane, co-chaired Tuesday in Budapest, with his Hungarian counterpart, the secretary of State for Bilateral Relations at the ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Illés Boglarka, the proceedings of the third Algerian-Hungarian political consultation session, as part of his visit to Hungary.
The session was an opportunity to look at the bilateral relations and explore ways to promote them, through the strengthening of political dialogue and the mobilisation of resources, to boost economic, commercial and technical cooperation in all areas, such as investment, infrastructures, higher education, scientific research, pharmaceutical industry, digitization, culture, sport and transport.
Magramane held discussions with Péter Sztaray, the secretary of State for Security Policy and Energy Security, tackling regional and international issues of common interest, including the latest developments in the Middle East, the Palestinian cause and the situation in Gaza, Western Sahara issue, Sahel-Saharan, cooperation opportunities in relation to migration, and counterterrorism.
