Mr Chaib holds talks with Algerian community in Ecuador

The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, held on Sunday, talks with the members of the Algerian community established in Ecuador, on the occasion of his participation, in his capacity as representative of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the inauguration ceremony of the elected Ecuadorian president, which took place on May 23 and 24 in Quito.

This meeting is part of the State’s attachment to maintaining a continuous link with the members of the national community, underlining that this meeting, which took place in a convivial and friendly atmosphere allowed to inquire about the conditions of our community in Ecuador, and to listen to its concerns and aspirations.

In this respect, Chaib emphasized that the ministry of foreign affairs prioritizes maintaining close contact with Algerians abroad, in accordance with the instructions of the high authorities of the country, highlighting the efforts made by the State to support our fellow citizens abroad, strengthen their attachment to their motherland, and promote their role in development.
