Mr. Attaf holds talks in Addis Ababa with Ethiopia’s FM

Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf held talks Monday in Addis Ababa with his Ethiopian counterpart, Gedion Timotheos, as his official visit in his capacity as special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said a Ministry press release.

The two FMs underlined the need to seize the opportunity of the upcoming session of the High Joint Commission to give fresh impetus to Algeria-Ethiopia ties by updating the bilateral legal framework and attaching due attention to boosting cooperation in business-related fields.

The two ministers “exchanged views on major issues raised at the African Union (AU).
